Abletoft Consulting was founded by Steve Rothwell in 2003 to provide specialist consultancy support to contact centres. Prior to establishing Abletoft Consulting, Steve had spent several years as a management consultant with Cap Gemini and Ernst & Young. Steve has extensive operational experience, having previously been Senior Operations Manager with leading outsourcers Merchants.
